Sat Nam!
Natassia Dickey is a wellness ambassador, spiritual warrior, and holistic therapist (LPC, RYT-500). She has over a decade of experience in the helping field, and has carefully curated her knowledge base and skills sets to helping people transform their lives by stepping out of old ways of living, establish a life worth living, and cultivating or furthering their spirituality. Through her knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, Energy Psychology, Neuroscience, trauma-informed care, somatic work, and a multitude of other psychological orientations she works with individuals to establish and strengthen their own wellness path.
In the yoga setting, she is skilled at helping people move from their mental body to their physical body. She holds sacred space for the individual/group to move through the process of transformation and growth associated with yoga. She serves as the lantern holder to help illuminate your own personal path in the yogic journey.
Her Story
Natassia was introduced to yoga by her aunt when she was in middle school, though did not grow to fully appreciate it's benefits until adulthood when she recognized her way of coping with life was not working. She completed her 200-hour teacher training through SchoolHouse Yoga in Pittsburgh and her 300-hour certification through Yoga Farm Ithaca's Spiritual Warrior Yoga Teacher training program. Natassia has used Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, and somatic practices to: reconnect with her disconnected self and expand her understanding of self outside of western medicine pathology, arrest symptoms of complex trauma and recalibrate her autonomic nervous system, stop addictive behaviors, overcome symptoms of OCD, recover from postpartum depression, deepen her spirituality (and faith), restore her heart to a greater capacity for love, and learn how to approach life with curiosity as opposed to constant fear.
She believes in the path that she walks and welcomes the idea of joining you along your journey!
