A trauma-informed approach to finding YOUR path

Kundalini Pittsburgh is a small boutique studio that operates with a yoga shala philosophy: to offer education on self-inquiry and practices to gain a sense of wholeness. Through various in person and online, individual and small group offerings the participant is educated on tools (including asana sequences) that support the initiation and/or continuation of one's journey to self-discovery. 

 

Kundalini Pittsburgh was established to help people find balance, vitality, and empowerment. To effectively navigate through life and cultivate a new relationship with stress. Through the belief that our bodies are capable of healing on all levels, Kundalini is a form of yoga that teaches us the technology to grow in embodiment (connection with our physical body), find control over thoughts and emotions, alchemize our energy, metabolize stored trauma, and expand our consciousness, thus finding the capacity to live in the present moment. Often referred to as the yoga for householders, it is the perfect answer to our modern-day overly packed schedules and overly stimulated lifestyles that perpetuate a stressful response to life.
