Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung

The Siri Gaitri mantra is a healing mantra of great power. In addition to being an effective healing meditation for others, it also heals our own pain and sickness, and brings us to a loving and balanced equilibrium in time and space. Ra is the sun; Ma is the moon; Da is the earth; Sa is Infinity; Say is the totality of Infinity; So Hung is "I am Thou."

Sat Nam

Sat means "Truth," Nam means "Name or Identity." This mantra enables us to call on the truth of who we are, expressing the reality of existence. Chanting this mantra awakens the soul and calls us into the Self-Awareness of our highest consciousness.

Ad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh Sat Guray Nahmeh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh

"I bow to the primal conscousness which takes me to God-Realization;
I bow to True Wisdom."

This mantra enables us to clear the clouds and open ourselves to whatever guidance and protection we need. It surrounds our magnetic field with protective light and energy.
